Ludwig Wilhelm is the Microsoft IT Director responsible for Central & Eastern Europe Region. He has worked 16 years in Software development, Consulting, Sales and IT Management roles before he joined Microsoft in 1996. In his time at Microsoft Ludwig has worked in various roles like being responsible for Microsoft’s Data Centers along with the field Infrastructure in EMEA, architecting a global organizational structure within MSIT and ensuring processes and Systems are landing in Enterprise Sales. In his current role he is responsible for the Business Relationship management and all IT Services delivered to the field.

In this session the engine hood will be opened and insights and experiences will be shared on how Microsoft runs its own IT shop, what challenges are faced and what principles the MSIT group operates at.
