John Stewardson je vodja razvoja poslovanja za področje Microsoftovih rešitev za podatkovne centre. V tej vlogi je odgovoren za izvajanja pobude "Infrastructure to Application" za v Evropi, Bližnjem vzhodu in Afriki (EMEA). Pred tem je John vodil razvoj poslovanja v regiji EMEA za visoko zmogljive strežnike ProLiant, sisteme gruč za zagotavljanje visoke razpoložljivosti ter programsko opremo, strežnike, sisteme za shranjevanje podatkov in infrastrukture. Pred kratkim je vodil programe za pospešitev prodaje in akcije za odvzem tržnega deleža konkurenčnim ponudnikom. V skupini za standardne strežnike in programsko opremo Industry Standard Server and Software (ISS) je delal 11 let. Pred tem je v skupini StorageWorks skrbel za sisteme za shranjevanje podatkov SAN, diskovna polja Smart Array in sisteme za shranjevanje podatkov, ki temeljijo na diskih SCSI. V svoji 14 letni karieri pri podjetju HP je bil vedno strasten zagovornik tehnoloških rešitev, sodeloval pa je tudi pri predstavitvi serijskih in optičnih povezav v sistemih za shranjevanje podatkov SAN in bil tudi vodilni predstavnik strežnikov ProLiant pri programih neprekinjenega poslovanja in konsolidacije strežnikov.
