You&rsquo;ve probably heard about Service Management Automation (SMA), a new automation engine based on Windows PowerShell Workflow that is shipping as part of System Center 2012 R2 Orchestrator. SMA is a set of tools that is integrated as the Automation extension in Windows Azure Pack (WAP). It enables IT pros and developers to automate the creation, monitoring, and deployment of resources in your WAP environment.
