Process automation is the key. PowerShell Workflow functionality is part of Windows PowerShell 3.0 and newer release of Windows PowerShell. It helps automate the distribution, orchestration, and completion of multi-device tasks. PowerShell Workflows (runbooks) are also the heart and soul of Service Management Automation (SMA) and Azure Automation, new powerful tools for managing on-premises and Microsoft Azure resources. In this session, we cover how to author PowerShell Workflows/runbooks, manage global assets and integration modules, and avoid potential gotchas.
