Edin Rizvanbegovic is the Sales Manager for Adriatic region at Check Point Software Technologies with the HQ in Prague, Czech Republic. He was born in Sarajevo in October 1980 and from 1995-2000 graduated from the gymnasium in Germany. From 2000-2010 lived in Boston Massachusetts and graduated Management Information Systems with magna cum-laude at Lasell College. He is been working with the company for 13 years. Prior taking over Sales Manager position in 2011, he was working as a Security Engineer-SE at Check Point Software office in Boston, the USA covering New England territory. At Check Point, Edin is currently responsible for the development and performance of all sales and pre-sales activities in Adriatic, that involve direct end-customer relationship development coupled with working closely with existing and new channel partners. As a Security Engineer, Edin had a chance to be exposed to complex network security environments of some top fortune 100 companies with the task not only to design but also recommend best practices in respect to security solutions.
