With her 25 years of experience in senior leadership, sales, operations, and change management roles and having transformed a number of organizations, she is now committed to help customers change the way they are doing business, accelerate digitization of the governments and help each person and organization to achieve more. Kristina Tikhonova joined Microsoft in 2019. As a General Manager and President Microsoft Russia, she successfully turned around the growth trend, designed and implemented the country strategy, reset and led the whole team through the challenging periods of COVID and geopolitical turbulence and professionally managed the adoption of a reduced biz set-up in the country in 2022.
